Return/Exchange Policy for Fragen Wears E-commerce:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • For exchanges, items must be returned within 15 days to the same Fragen Wears store, at the current (last discounted) price. Please contact our customer service helpline at 090078601 for further assistance.
  • Customers must present the original invoice or e-receipt, or provide the exact date of purchase for tracking purposes.
  • Exchange is only possible for unworn/unused items with all tags attached.
  • Defective clothing items can be exchanged or refunded at the original store of purchase, at the purchase price.
  • Clearance sale and factory outlet purchases are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Refunds are only provided for defective or incorrectly shipped items, with all return logistics to be covered by Fragen Wears. Claims for defects must be made within 15 days of purchase.
  • Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.
  • With authorization from the customer service desk and/or proof of purchase, all items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase at any Fragen Wears store across Pakistan.
